FEASIBILITY
STUDY
Before committing to design and build costs, we evaluate whether your product concept is technically achievable and commercially viable. A structured 72-hour assessment — not a vague consultation.
COMPLETE FEASIBILITY REVIEW
Our feasibility process covers five critical dimensions — any one of which can kill a hardware project if not addressed early.
Technical Feasibility
Can the product be engineered with available processes, materials, and tolerances? Structural load analysis, material selection, and process mapping.
Manufacturing Feasibility
Can the design be fabricated at the required quantity and quality? DFM review, vendor capability mapping, tooling assessment.
Cost Feasibility
Low/Mid/High cost modelling across materials, labour, vendor, and tooling. Identifies where budget is being consumed and where it can be optimised.
Timeline Feasibility
Phase-by-phase timeline with critical path. Where are the bottlenecks? What dependencies exist? What is the fastest credible path to delivery?
Risk Assessment
Failure mode identification across design, supply chain, regulatory, and execution. Mitigation strategy for each critical risk.

Turnaround
From brief submission to report delivery for standard hardware concepts. Complex multi-system products: 5–7 days.
