Every design is reviewed against fabrication constraints — sheet metal bend radii, weld access, machining undercuts, and assembly sequence before release.
Engineering Documentation
GD&T dimensioned drawings, tolerance stacks, material and surface finish specifications, and full BOM. Ready for RFQ and production.
Structural & Thermal Analysis
FEA for load-bearing components. Stress, deflection, and factor of safety analysis. Thermal modelling for enclosures and heat-generating assemblies.
Design Iterations
Up to 3 design iterations included. Each iteration is reviewed against the brief, cost model, and DFM constraints before advancing.
Fabrication Handoff Package
A complete fabrication-ready package — drawings, BOM, vendor notes, and revision history — so any qualified shop can build without ambiguity.
