Fabrication Workshop
In-house production capabilities: laser cutting, sheet metal bending, MIG/TIG welding, CNC machining, and finishing. Clean and dirty zones separated by workflow.
Startup Development Platform
End-to-end support from feasibility through production — with a qualified vendor network, project management, and a client portal for transparency.

Founded
Blacxird incorporated in Chennai. Core team assembled from mechanical engineering, fabrication, and product backgrounds.
Workshop Operational
Fabrication bay live at Ayanambakkam, Chennai. First client projects onboarded — industrial automation and consumer hardware.
Platform Launch
Vendor CRM, client portal, and membership lab go live. Online intake, project tracking, and RFQ pipeline now fully digital.
Scale
Expanding vendor network, adding CNC capacity, and onboarding startup cohorts across Southern India.

Feasibility before commitment
Every project starts with a technical and commercial feasibility pass. We won't take your money if the build path isn't clear.
Design for manufacturing, not for presentation
Every CAD model is reviewed for fabrication constraints — tolerances, material behaviour, and assembly sequence before drawings are released.
Real-world validation over lab results
Prototypes are tested under actual use conditions, not theoretical models. Failures are documented and fed back into the design.
